SWW recently made an ‘EIA screening opinion’ request’ to Cornwall Council to ask if they needed to submit an Environmental Impact Assessment for their Phase One development proposal.

Bizarrely this was nodded through, ahead of time. Cornwall Council decided ‘no EIA was required’.
